What a cool space! I went to a baby shower here and not only is The Four in a prime location, but also has such a great set up. There were about 60 people here, with ample room for full catering, a photo booth, open bar, and dance floor. Everything was decorated beautifully, and the theme was absolutely adorable. While we can occasionally accommodate last-minute celebrations, we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance to secure your preferred date. Our most popular time slots (Friday evenings and weekend mornings) tend to fill up quickly, especially during peak season (March-June and September-November).
Our elopement packages are specifically designed for intimate celebrations with 70 guests or fewer. They include everything you need for a streamlined ceremony and reception, without the extended timeline and additional costs associated with traditional wedding packages. You'll still get the luxury experience – just perfectly scaled for a more intimate celebration.
While we don't directly provide officiants, we maintain a carefully curated list of trusted vendors who specialize in intimate ceremonies. Our team can connect you with experienced officiants, photographers, and other vendors who understand the unique flow of elopement celebrations. All vendor recommendations are complimentary, but their services are contracted separately.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your celebration. Should you need to reschedule, we'll happily work with you to find a new date within six months of your original booking, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 60 days before your event are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit.
Absolutely! While our packages include professional styling and decor, we welcome personal touches that make your celebration unique. Outside vendors are welcome with proof of insurance and must comply with our venue guidelines. We simply ask that all decoration plans be approved in advance to ensure they align with our venue capabilities and safety requirements.
